一組有趣的樂(lè)團(tuán)，打從他們團(tuán)名再到全身打扮造型，散發(fā)十足亮麗鮮活色彩，帶出歡樂(lè)暢意，對(duì)Laakso 而言是家常便飯！90年代接近尾聲之時(shí)，大家無(wú)不引頸期盼新音樂(lè)風(fēng)暴席捲，就在此時(shí)，一組組把玩復(fù)古卻前衛(wèi)的搖滾樂(lè)團(tuán)，如雨后春筍般茂盛發(fā)芽，Laakso也在這股樂(lè)潮中加入戰(zhàn)局，并導(dǎo)入熱鬧華麗舞會(huì)氣氛，釋放你緊繃的聽(tīng)覺(jué)，并給予視覺(jué)上鮮明獨(dú)特的風(fēng)格。
由Markus Krunegard(主唱/吉他/鋼琴)、David Nygard(伸縮長(zhǎng)號(hào)、小號(hào)、手風(fēng)琴、鐘琴、合音)、Mikael Fritz(貝斯手，來(lái)自瑞典東部，極度狂愛(ài)槍與玫瑰樂(lè)團(tuán))以及Jonathan (鼓手、打擊樂(lè)器)等四位多才多藝平均年齡26歲的音樂(lè)狂熱份子所組成，在1999年秋天，就讀瑞典Uppsala大學(xué)的Markus，在餐廳中隨口哼唱Belle & Sebastian歌曲被David聽(tīng)到，一年之后，團(tuán)員陸續(xù)到齊后，取名Laakso(芬蘭語(yǔ)，山谷的意思)，開(kāi)始全力寫(xiě)歌創(chuàng)作，同時(shí)增加彼此默契。
就在錄製首張EP《Long Beach》準(zhǔn)備四處公開(kāi)表演之際，因Jonathan過(guò)於羞怯舞臺(tái)表演而換上Lars Skoglund頂替。有著趣味名稱(chēng)的首張獨(dú)立廠專(zhuān)輯作品《I Miss You,I`m Pregnant》，再到單曲《Aussie Girl》，不斷引起地下?lián)u滾樂(lè)迷推崇喜愛(ài)，北歐等國(guó)陸續(xù)注目這組優(yōu)質(zhì)新貴。
此次的新專(zhuān)輯《Mother Am I Good Looking?》融合了多種曲風(fēng)元素，實(shí)在是個(gè)性獨(dú)特又不會(huì)讓人覺(jué)得突兀，只是不斷的給你帶來(lái)新鮮的驚喜，不可錯(cuò)過(guò)！

Laakso (Swedish: Dal) is a neighbourhood in Helsinki, Finland. Its borders are defined by the streets of Mannerheimintie and Nordenski?ldinkatu and the Helsinki Central Park. The district is bordered by T??l? in the south, Meilahti in the southwest, Ruskeasuo in the north and L?nsi-Pasila in the east.
The neighbourhood has an area of 0.74 km2, a population of 1781 and 1583 jobs (December 31, 2003). Laakso is district #18 in the official district numbering of Helsinki, and belongs to the Reijola basic circle.
The population in Laakso is mainly concentrated in multiple-floor apartment buildings on Mannerheimintie. The district also includes a hospital, a riding field, and a large part of the southern Central Park.
