一組有趣的樂團，打從他們團名再到全身打扮造型，散發(fā)十足亮麗鮮活色彩，帶出歡樂暢意，對Laakso 而言是家常便飯！90年代接近尾聲之時，大家無不引頸期盼新音樂風暴席捲，就在此時，一組組把玩復古卻前衛(wèi)的搖滾樂團，如雨后春筍般茂盛發(fā)芽，Laakso也在這股樂潮中加入戰(zhàn)局，并導入熱鬧華麗舞會氣氛，釋放你緊繃的聽覺，并給予視覺上鮮明獨特的風格。
由Markus Krunegard(主唱/吉他/鋼琴)、David Nygard(伸縮長號、小號、手風琴、鐘琴、合音)、Mikael Fritz(貝斯手，來自瑞典東部，極度狂愛槍與玫瑰樂團)以及Jonathan (鼓手、打擊樂器)等四位多才多藝平均年齡26歲的音樂狂熱份子所組成，在1999年秋天，就讀瑞典Uppsala大學的Markus，在餐廳中隨口哼唱Belle & Sebastian歌曲被David聽到，一年之后，團員陸續(xù)到齊后，取名Laakso(芬蘭語，山谷的意思)，開始全力寫歌創(chuàng)作，同時增加彼此默契。
就在錄製首張EP《Long Beach》準備四處公開表演之際，因Jonathan過於羞怯舞臺表演而換上Lars Skoglund頂替。有著趣味名稱的首張獨立廠專輯作品《I Miss You,I`m Pregnant》，再到單曲《Aussie Girl》，不斷引起地下?lián)u滾樂迷推崇喜愛，北歐等國陸續(xù)注目這組優(yōu)質(zhì)新貴。
此次的新專輯《Mother Am I Good Looking?》融合了多種曲風元素，實在是個性獨特又不會讓人覺得突兀，只是不斷的給你帶來新鮮的驚喜，不可錯過！

Laakso (Swedish: Dal) is a neighbourhood in Helsinki, Finland. Its borders are defined by the streets of Mannerheimintie and Nordenski?ldinkatu and the Helsinki Central Park. The district is bordered by T??l? in the south, Meilahti in the southwest, Ruskeasuo in the north and L?nsi-Pasila in the east.
The neighbourhood has an area of 0.74 km2, a population of 1781 and 1583 jobs (December 31, 2003). Laakso is district #18 in the official district numbering of Helsinki, and belongs to the Reijola basic circle.
The population in Laakso is mainly concentrated in multiple-floor apartment buildings on Mannerheimintie. The district also includes a hospital, a riding field, and a large part of the southern Central Park.
