New Wet Kojak是來自紐約的藝術(shù)、爵士搖滾樂隊(duì)。樂隊(duì)成立于1995年，并于當(dāng)年在Touch & Go旗下發(fā)行了他們的首張同名專輯，兩年后又帶來了《Nasty International》，第二張專輯的成功使樂隊(duì)得以與Beggars Banquet簽約。2000年，樂隊(duì)發(fā)行了在乞丐盛宴旗下的第一張專輯《Do Things》。
New Yorks arty, jazz-inflected rock five-piece New Wet Kojak formed in 1995, when Girls Against Boys members Scott McCloud and Johnny Temple recruited guitarist/engineer Geoff Turner (formerly of Grey Matter), drummer Nick Pelleciotto (a former member of Edsel) and saxophonist Charles Bennington, all of whom hailed from GVSBs hometown, Washington D.C. That year the group released their self-titled debut album on Touch & Go Records, and despite infrequent gigging and McCloud and Temples commitment to Girls Against Boys, New Wet Kojak released their follow-up, International Nasty, in 1997. The group switched to Beggars Banquet for their third album, Do Things, which arrived in spring 2000.
