侯俊輝，南方唱片旗下男藝人，有”馬來(lái)西亞福建小王子“之稱，代表作品《圓滿》。情歌王子侯俊輝，是南方唱片機(jī)構(gòu)旗下的一名男歌星。擁有陽(yáng)光式的俊朗外型，以及一把雄渾磁性的唱腔，出版過多張個(gè)人福建專輯，是少數(shù)馬來(lái)西亞國(guó)內(nèi)被公認(rèn)為福建韻味十足的男性魅力聲音。

在未晉身歌壇之前，侯俊輝還是一位烹飪班在籍學(xué)院生，但是當(dāng)歌星卻是他的愿望，所以完成學(xué)業(yè)之后，便參與聲樂課程，在老師的推薦下踏入歌唱事業(yè)生涯。侯俊輝在未晉身歌壇之前除了是某著名香港點(diǎn)心店師傅外，還是“福建歌后”蔡可荔歌迷會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)，機(jī)緣巧合下在聲樂老師推薦下踏入歌壇發(fā)展，最讓他感到不可思議的是，竟然和偶像蔡可荔同屬一家唱片公司，成為偶像的師弟，他笑說(shuō)：“簡(jiǎn)直就是開心死了，發(fā)夢(mèng)都沒有想到”。雖然熱愛唱歌，但侯俊輝不諱言自小學(xué)后他就一直沒勇氣站上舞臺(tái)參加歌唱比賽，直到踏入社會(huì)工作后，有次去參加某電臺(tái)舉辦的歌唱比賽，歌聲受到矚目，朋友建議他去學(xué)聲樂，后來(lái)在聲樂老師的推薦下，讓他有機(jī)會(huì)去唱片公司試音，并成功踏入歌壇發(fā)展，回憶起當(dāng)初拿到試音唱片公司的地址那剎，簡(jiǎn)直就是樂瘋了，他敘述：“天啊，是南方機(jī)構(gòu)，怎么那么巧，當(dāng)下就覺得太不可思議了。”侯俊輝于中學(xué)時(shí)期就非常崇拜蔡可荔，在那個(gè)沒面子書、微博、網(wǎng)絡(luò)不發(fā)達(dá)的年代，他只要寫信給唱片公司，說(shuō)明想成立蔡可荔歌友會(huì)，隨著建議被修納后他也出任歌友會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)，提及當(dāng)時(shí)侯俊輝被蔡可荔的經(jīng)紀(jì)人稱贊歌聲不錯(cuò)，還詢問他是否想當(dāng)歌手，卻被蔡可荔反對(duì)，并給予他勸告說(shuō)：“不要，你已有穩(wěn)定的工作就好好去做，畢竟是有機(jī)會(huì)沖出海外，男歌手要在大馬要占一席之位并不簡(jiǎn)單，你今天拿得起，往后是否放得下呢？”侯俊輝表示雖然知道蔡可荔語(yǔ)重心長(zhǎng)，不過當(dāng)時(shí)的他實(shí)在太愛唱歌，一心一意只想要唱歌，勸告亦聽不進(jìn)去就當(dāng)歌手了?！袄蠈?shí)說(shuō)，這20年以來(lái)我的歌唱生涯沒有走得很順利，有經(jīng)歷高低潮，不過我卻沒后悔自己當(dāng)初選擇當(dāng)歌手的決定，畢竟我也知道自己對(duì)歌唱事業(yè)付出多少，所以有多少的收獲我也能接受。”侯俊輝表示加入南方機(jī)構(gòu)后跟蔡可荔合作的機(jī)會(huì)不多，“因?yàn)槲胰胄泻笏猜顺隽?，記得第一次合作是唱新年歌，畢竟是一大班人，所以不?huì)太緊張，第二次合作就是合唱情歌，當(dāng)時(shí)我的心情好緊張，幸虧是先后進(jìn)錄音室錄音，我的壓力才沒有那么大?！眲e瞧侯俊輝講話直率甚至毒舌，一遇見偶像就立刻緊張結(jié)巴，“我到現(xiàn)在跟可荔姐講話還是戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)兢兢的，非常尊敬她。”

侯俊輝加入南方唱片機(jī)構(gòu)后，在1995年發(fā)行了首張個(gè)人福建專輯【你現(xiàn)在好嗎+有人照顧無(wú)】，1996年又發(fā)行了個(gè)人的第二張福建專輯【福建流行4 IN 1】，在1998年侯俊輝又發(fā)行了個(gè)人的第三張福建專輯【惜錢好將來(lái)】，專輯中有一首原唱歌曲《伴我一生》還是和她的偶像蔡可荔演唱的，侯俊輝能和偶像蔡可荔對(duì)唱情歌他感到特別開心，能和自己的偶像同臺(tái)獻(xiàn)唱是令侯俊輝最難忘的，讓侯俊輝永生難忘，和偶像蔡可荔合作時(shí)的心情，那份激動(dòng)，那份歡喜。1999年侯俊輝與馬來(lái)西亞清純女歌星張美玲組成了“金童玉女”組合并發(fā)行了【福建暢銷金曲】系列專輯，其中有一張【福建雙星情歌】里面的所有歌曲都是用蔡可荔之前用過的伴奏翻唱蔡可荔唱過的歌曲，可謂是一解侯俊輝哥哥對(duì)偶像蔡可荔的情愫的歌癮，也讓張美玲成為了侯俊輝哥哥很好的同事和朋友，侯俊輝與搭檔張美玲因?yàn)閷］嫼铣暮苣?，讓一些歌迷誤會(huì)他們是情侶，但張美玲表示侯俊輝不是她喜歡的類型，張美玲覺得侯俊輝不夠成熟，張美玲表示他們只不過是認(rèn)真的“同事”，這輩子做情侶是不可能的，侯俊輝因?yàn)榧尤肽戏匠葟埫懒嵩?，所以侯俊輝是張美玲的師兄，侯俊輝長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)對(duì)張美玲一直很關(guān)照把張美玲當(dāng)成了自己很好的朋友，只不過這二人的組合當(dāng)年貌似不是很受市場(chǎng)歡迎，這個(gè)時(shí)期也成了侯俊輝的音樂事業(yè)低谷時(shí)期，與此同時(shí)，侯俊輝的一些師兄師姐們?nèi)珀惲既?、謝采妘、羅賓則選擇脫離了南方唱片的南方群星賀歲團(tuán)隊(duì)，加入了威揚(yáng)娛樂的八大巨星賀歲行業(yè)，與此同時(shí)，侯俊輝的偶像蔡可荔也在此時(shí)慢慢的開始信仰起了佛教，蔡可荔看到侯俊輝因自己的音樂事業(yè)低沉失落便好心勸說(shuō)侯俊輝退出娛樂圈，不要再當(dāng)歌手了，之后蔡可荔便從此不再聽唱片公司的安排翻唱福建流行歌曲，開始按自己意愿要求唱片公司給自己灌錄佛曲專輯，蔡可荔在2000年前后灌錄了兩張佛曲專輯然后就退出歌壇息唱了，留給侯俊輝的只是一段美好的回憶和人生一段不平凡的經(jīng)歷，這次侯俊輝于是聽了偶像蔡可荔的勸告，毅然決然的退出南方唱片，決定退出唱片行業(yè)另謀出路。侯俊輝的搭檔張美玲則選擇繼續(xù)留在南方唱片，自蔡可荔轉(zhuǎn)唱佛曲退出樂壇息唱，南方唱片便把很多福建好歌安排給張美玲演唱，傾力栽培張美玲，之后的張美玲更是一改往日清純形象走起性感驚艷路線，同時(shí)獲得了廣大歌迷的支持和喜愛，星路歡迎度節(jié)節(jié)飆升，也從福建公主一躍成為了“大馬第二代福建歌后”，也成為了當(dāng)時(shí)同樣退出歌壇的侯俊輝一時(shí)高攀不起的大牌娛樂歌星，自此侯俊輝之后便與張美玲斷絕聯(lián)系好幾年，開始慢慢經(jīng)營(yíng)起了自己的歌仔戲團(tuán)。侯俊輝自小就愛看戲，隨著爺爺坐在戲臺(tái)下，演員唱什么，他不必字幕，也不必旁人解釋，全都聽得懂。當(dāng)年24歲決定開戲班當(dāng)臺(tái)主，身邊人都不看好，光是錢，就丟了近萬(wàn)，大家都以為他瘋了。他指若現(xiàn)時(shí)要投資戲班，資金遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)比當(dāng)時(shí)更高，“以前是鐵喇叭，現(xiàn)在是小蜜蜂（攜帶式擴(kuò)音器）；以前的麥克風(fēng)?是在臺(tái)的兩邊的，走過去時(shí)，聲音會(huì)大一點(diǎn)，走回臺(tái)中間時(shí)，聲音又變小了，現(xiàn)在的人哪里可以接受？”音響系統(tǒng)和舞臺(tái)燈光有一定的要求，演員的裝扮也不能馬虎。針對(duì)這一點(diǎn)，侯俊輝對(duì)臺(tái)灣演員是由衷地佩服。侯俊輝說(shuō)他和臺(tái)灣演員也配合演出將近10年了，他們真的是國(guó)家級(jí)的演員。8個(gè)人登臺(tái)一晚上，換40套戲服，這些戲服，在臺(tái)灣有專人定做，都很華麗耀眼。另外，他們的化妝技術(shù)非常好，演員們的年齡和馬來(lái)西亞本地演員差不多，但化妝后，差別很大。侯俊輝指自己是外行人，不會(huì)唱戲，純粹只是愛看戲，因此一開始時(shí)，也經(jīng)常被演員欺負(fù)。而今，16年歲月悠悠過去，反倒是他開始嫌棄演員。每次侯俊輝稱贊臺(tái)灣演員時(shí)，那些40、50歲的阿姨就申訴老板嫌我們老，但其實(shí)不是的，臺(tái)灣演員有的年齡比她們還大，但她們懂得保持一個(gè)演員該有的樣子，而本地阿姨們不注重包裝，也沒照顧身材。光憑這點(diǎn)，在專業(yè)度上，就有差別了。相信大家很難把侯俊輝和大戲班連想在一起,但是確確實(shí)實(shí)的年輕帥氣的侯俊輝,就是大戲班的老板,更令人嘖嘖稱奇的是升為老板的他,卻又有一段近乎脫離現(xiàn)實(shí),卻冥冥中注定的事,侯俊輝不忌諱說(shuō),他曾經(jīng)一度生活很潦倒到甚至不敢回家,他也曾經(jīng)到天后宮求簽許愿,由于喜歡看歌仔戲,他供奉田都元帥,話說(shuō)他與媽祖有緣,陰差陽(yáng)錯(cuò),他當(dāng)上大戲班老板,故事峰回路轉(zhuǎn),曲折迷離,俊輝很忙的,也難怪,唱歌,戲班,雖然戲班有人幫忙看,有些事情是不能假手于人的,侯俊輝說(shuō)他背歌詞不行,會(huì)有壓力,不過既然接了,就會(huì)全力以赴,盡自己能力去做。西江月歌戲團(tuán)班主的侯俊輝說(shuō)，目前本地還有許多各種方言為主的戲班，如潮洲戲班、福建歌仔戲、粵劇等。他說(shuō)，單單是福建歌仔戲班迄今大約還有20個(gè)，主要以閩語(yǔ)或者是福建話為主?！耙?yàn)槿狈ν苿?dòng)，歌仔戲班的發(fā)展仍處于原地踏步?！焙羁≥x說(shuō)，當(dāng)年他除了錄制唱片，也常在宴會(huì)、歌臺(tái)登臺(tái)表演，認(rèn)識(shí)一些社團(tuán)人士，后來(lái)在登臺(tái)時(shí)也常成為一些戲班的“經(jīng)紀(jì)人”，為一些本地戲班“穿針引線”。

他說(shuō)，因有一些人從事戲班“經(jīng)紀(jì)人”，以致在期間也發(fā)生接戲期出現(xiàn)“撞檔”的情況，加上他向來(lái)對(duì)戲班有興趣，也掀起自立戲班的念頭。他指出，當(dāng)初他成立西江月歌劇團(tuán)時(shí)，所有一切從零開始，包括張羅演員、戲臺(tái)、道具、戲服、飾物等。他說(shuō)，馮著本身人脈及對(duì)戲班事業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)，讓福建歌仔戲班能繼續(xù)發(fā)展迄今。他笑稱，當(dāng)初他是在不被看好的情況下，投身進(jìn)入歌仔戲行業(yè)中，當(dāng)時(shí)家人也不支持他投資和發(fā)展歌仔戲班?！爱?dāng)時(shí)有人說(shuō)，只給我兩年時(shí)間，就會(huì)看到這戲班“收檔”，但我一做就是11年?！彼f(shuō)，也許因?yàn)槠鋺虬嗟目诒诲e(cuò)，其家人也開始接受他發(fā)展戲班的決定。侯俊輝說(shuō)，要當(dāng)歌仔戲班主并不容易，因戲班瑣碎事物相當(dāng)多。他說(shuō)，作為一位戲班班主，肩負(fù)的工作相當(dāng)多，不只是要對(duì)外聯(lián)絡(luò)、接表演等，也要張羅戲班中的大小事物。侯俊輝說(shuō)，若和以前比較起來(lái)，如今一套戲的場(chǎng)景也減少很多，通常只剩下5個(gè)場(chǎng)景。他說(shuō)，以前的歌仔戲?qū)τ趫?chǎng)景的要求相當(dāng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，通常都是配合不同的劇情要更換不同的場(chǎng)景。他指出，以前一套戲至少有10多個(gè)場(chǎng)景，只要據(jù)情一換地點(diǎn)，背后的布景也要更換。“例如說(shuō)，如果情節(jié)是說(shuō)在家里的話，背景就是大廳的布景，如果在公堂的話，背后就要換成是公堂的布景等?！彼f(shuō)，通常場(chǎng)景是以布景為主，在整套戲中，工作人員都要忙著換布景?！坝捎诂F(xiàn)今表演者少，劇情也減少，連場(chǎng)景最多也只剩下5個(gè)，分別是廳、公堂、金殿、花園或山林。”侯俊輝說(shuō)，本地戲迷對(duì)于戲服相當(dāng)?shù)闹v究，以致他們每年都要大手筆從中國(guó)、臺(tái)灣入口較華麗的戲服和飾物。他說(shuō)，他們?cè)欢仁褂帽镜乜p制的戲服，但一些戲迷對(duì)于本地制作的戲服有些意見，覺得不夠華麗。他指出，他們?nèi)缃袷褂弥袊?guó)、臺(tái)灣版的戲服，尤其是臺(tái)灣版的戲服手工相當(dāng)精致和華麗。他說(shuō)，每一套戲中，每位演員所使用的戲服非常多，有些最少也要六、七套之多?！叭绻惶讘虻慕巧?，每位角色都有不同的戲服，因此一套戲中可能要使用到的戲服就會(huì)相當(dāng)多。他說(shuō)，除了戲服，由于戲中的角色如小生、花旦、老生、文武等，頭飾及帽子等也是非常多。“一套戲服如今已不便宜，如果是從臺(tái)灣入口的戲服，在臺(tái)灣至少都要3000令吉至6000令吉不等。侯俊輝說(shuō)，因本地戲班一向來(lái)都已面對(duì)缺乏演員的情況，以致他們常常都會(huì)“外調(diào)”。他說(shuō)，所謂的“外調(diào)”即是向其他戲班的演員詢問在某些時(shí)候是否有空檔，可抽出時(shí)間演出。他指出，他們也從聘請(qǐng)一些來(lái)自臺(tái)灣、新加坡的戲班演員到來(lái)，參與本地演出。他說(shuō)，除了缺乏演員，其他如樂歌、員工也相當(dāng)缺乏，包括搭戲臺(tái)、拉布景的員工等。他指出，以前在一個(gè)戲班內(nèi)，聘請(qǐng)的樂師也要好幾位，大家負(fù)責(zé)不同的樂器，但如今只是需要兩三位樂師就是負(fù)責(zé)完所有樂器及音響等?！耙郧斑€有一些人是幫戲班搭戲臺(tái)、拉布景之類，但如今我們要叫人搭神臺(tái)、拉布景都很難找到人，現(xiàn)在我們都要聘請(qǐng)外勞，作一些搭戲臺(tái)、拉布景等的工作?！?

侯俊輝說(shuō)，因面對(duì)運(yùn)輸費(fèi)太高的問題，以致戲班也很難到外州演出。他說(shuō)，由于戲班人多，要搬運(yùn)的物品非常多，如戲臺(tái)、場(chǎng)景、道具等，他們通常要出動(dòng)羅厘運(yùn)載。他指出，但如今運(yùn)輸費(fèi)非常高，如果要到外州表演，一趟至少要數(shù)百令吉?！安还苁窃谘┞』蛲庵菅莩?，所給予的酬勞都差不多，但如果要到外州演出，還得扣除數(shù)百令吉的運(yùn)輸費(fèi)，我們一般都是在雪隆一帶表演比較多。”侯俊輝說(shuō)，為讓觀眾明白，如今的歌仔戲所使用的閩南話比較本地化，用詞淺白許多。他說(shuō)，如果根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)福建歌仔戲，尤其是花旦、小生之類的主色，所說(shuō)的對(duì)白、用詞等都比較深。他指出，為迎合時(shí)代的轉(zhuǎn)變，如今在歌仔戲中也加入一些現(xiàn)代化的元素，如一些較現(xiàn)代化的歌曲和音樂，及一些現(xiàn)代化的對(duì)白。他說(shuō)，一般上一些比較無(wú)厘頭、現(xiàn)代化的對(duì)白都出現(xiàn)在一些丑角如“三八”、“三花”等角色?！霸诟枳袘蛑校叭恕薄ⅰ叭ā倍紝儆诔蠼?，也是每套戲中不可缺少的人物，他們都有帶動(dòng)氣氛的作用，一些比較無(wú)厘頭、比較現(xiàn)在化的口頭禪、對(duì)白可從他們的口中說(shuō)出來(lái)，但一般小生、花旦等都不會(huì)說(shuō)如此的對(duì)白?！焙羁≥x說(shuō)，除了平常演出，如今在華人農(nóng)歷新年，也會(huì)有一些商團(tuán)邀請(qǐng)，到商場(chǎng)、旅游景點(diǎn)扮財(cái)神，或者是身穿古裝現(xiàn)身，與游客們拍照。他說(shuō)，兩年前的華人農(nóng)歷新年，在隆市也有一些酒廊共資邀請(qǐng)其演員，身穿戲服到場(chǎng)，讓顧客拍照?！霸谝恍┨囟ü?jié)日時(shí)，一些商場(chǎng)或者是企業(yè)，就會(huì)邀請(qǐng)演員們穿著戲服去亮相，這對(duì)于我們來(lái)說(shuō)，也是一種表現(xiàn)的機(jī)會(huì)和平臺(tái)，至少可讓年輕人從中了解歌仔戲。”侯俊輝表示，四年前開始受邀到城隍廟演出，為了讓觀眾保持新鮮感，每一年都準(zhǔn)備全新的劇目。他說(shuō)，“這個(gè)舞臺(tái)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性和壓力都很大，因?yàn)橛^眾會(huì)拿我們跟其他劇團(tuán)比較，所以我們很重視?！彼硎?，因?yàn)槊刻旄鼡Q劇目，所以團(tuán)員只能在下午彩排，晚上就演出，不過演員都已有二三十年經(jīng)驗(yàn)，就算即興演出也不是問題。“福建王子”侯俊輝自7年前淡出歌壇，便專心經(jīng)營(yíng)他的福建戲班，期間很少在娛樂圈活動(dòng)，期間還不忘看望已經(jīng)懷孕的已經(jīng)淡出唱片行業(yè)的圈內(nèi)知名福建歌后小萍萍吳泓君，有時(shí)候會(huì)陪一些很好好友呵呵茶聊聊天。這7年來(lái)，侯俊輝跑遍全馬大小城鎮(zhèn)，他的歌仔戲班更是做出了名堂，侯俊輝昔日的搭檔如今已成為大馬高人氣時(shí)尚性感歌后張美玲對(duì)其刮目相看贊嘆不已，侯俊輝則與張美玲重新聯(lián)系了起來(lái)又成為了好友，2007年侯俊輝友情參與了張美玲的福建暢銷金曲專輯《海風(fēng)海涌海茫?！返匿浿疲c張美玲對(duì)唱了一首歌曲【真愛只有你】，侯俊輝更是開玩笑說(shuō)“與張美玲離婚了7年”。侯俊輝自歌仔戲事業(yè)取得成功后，雖然期間很多人也問及他何時(shí)再有新作品推出，他卻絲毫不為所動(dòng)，直到2009年，他意識(shí)到歌壇大吹福建風(fēng)，所以才重拿麥克風(fēng)，再發(fā)新專輯《福建金腔名曲、拼出第一名》。長(zhǎng)得結(jié)實(shí)，笑容也可掬的侯俊輝說(shuō)“這些年我一直往臺(tái)灣跑，除了有生意上的需要之外，我也結(jié)交了不少創(chuàng)作臺(tái)灣唱閩南話歌曲的朋友，這次錄音他們也給予我不少寶貴的意見，比如唱腔上的修正，福建咬字的準(zhǔn)確度，讓我從中獲益匪淺?！边@次拍攝MV，侯俊輝笑說(shuō)從來(lái)沒有這么輕松過。“因?yàn)镸V多數(shù)是在室內(nèi)取鏡，再依靠后期電腦科技剪輯，連兩名美女模特兒也是未曾見面，完全“零交流”，完成后讓電腦作結(jié)合工作，比如拍攝《心落雪》，從化妝到服飾，都是冬天的造型，膽識(shí)看起來(lái)又似乎沒甚么破綻?！焙羁≥x說(shuō)還是第一次對(duì)著空氣演戲，直說(shuō)那種感覺很微妙。同年4月，侯俊輝創(chuàng)作填詞了一首【美酒摻咖啡】的歌曲，這首歌詞作的好很美更是被南方唱片安排給了張美玲演唱，侯俊輝也友情參與了這首歌MV的拍攝，表演的是一個(gè)負(fù)心的人背叛了原來(lái)的女友如同歌曲里所詮釋的意思。2010年是侯俊輝脫胎換骨的年份，在精密的策劃下，侯俊輝毅然轉(zhuǎn)換跑道，灌錄首張華語(yǔ)專輯《流行魅力戀歌/明天》，在歌壇上發(fā)出一道亮眼的光芒，侯俊輝厚實(shí)沉穩(wěn)的唱法，將許多市場(chǎng)流行的好歌唱出本身的味道，取下漂亮的成績(jī)。重新上路、再度出發(fā)的侯俊輝展現(xiàn)出更成熟的唱腔魅力，從偶像移位至實(shí)力派歌星。
