by Drago BonacichLos Nocheros is an Argentinean contemporary folk foursome, originated in Salta, known for its traditional music history, where many of the most popular folk groups have been formed. Their debut album, called Con El Alma, was released by EMI in 1994. Even when los Nocheros were misunderstood by some prominent old school folklorists, they were able to get their own place in the local scene. In 1997, the group released Tiempo De Amor and Ven Por Mi, followed by 1998's Signos.
