by Drago BonacichLatin/rock band from Argentina Pappo's Blues was formed in the late '60s by ex-Los Abuelos de la Nada talented electric guitarist Norberto Napolitano, also known as Pappo, joined by bassist David Lebón and drummer Black Amaya. The band released a self-titled album in 1971, followed by Pappo's Blues, Vol. 2, which featured Argentinean classic rock song "El Tren De Las 16." In 1974 bass player Alejandro Medina and percussionist Isa Portugheis joined in. After Darío Fernandez became Pappo's Blues' drummer in 1978, the band's seventh album was recorded. In November of 1980 the group decided to perform live for the last time in a farewell concert. Nevertheless, Pappo's Blues returned in 1995, issuing Caso Cerrado and El Auto Rojo in 1999.
