The Depreciation Guild是一支來自紐約布魯克林的盯鞋搖滾樂隊(duì)。樂隊(duì)在2005年由Kurt Feldman和Adrian Hashizume成立。樂隊(duì)解散前的陣容包括Kurt Feldman和Christoph Hochheim（他之后成為了獨(dú)立樂隊(duì)The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart的鼓手以及巡演吉他手），樂隊(duì)之后加入到打擊樂手Anton Hochheim和低音吉他手Raphael Radna的現(xiàn)場表演中。
他們的首發(fā)數(shù)字專屬EP《Nautilus》，由芯片音樂唱片公司8bitpeoples在2006年發(fā)布，他們的首張專輯《In Her Gentle Jaws》作為一張獨(dú)立發(fā)布的免費(fèi)下載專輯在2007年發(fā)布。Kanine Records在2009年重組了樂隊(duì)，并補(bǔ)發(fā)了首張專輯的重新灌錄版本。全長專輯《Spirit Youth》在2010年中期發(fā)布。樂隊(duì)還為藝術(shù)家如Oh No Ono和Chateleine混音。他們的歌曲《Dream About Me》被收入2010年電影《Kaboom》中。
2010年12月，他們在Facebook上聲明他們在2011年1月的最終演出結(jié)束后解散，原因是在音樂上的分歧。樂隊(duì)解散后，Kurt Feldman繼續(xù)作為The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart的成員，并作為Ice Choir開始了個(gè)人事業(yè)。
2013年8月，Kurt Feldman和Adrian Hashizume為一場在布魯克林Glasslands Gallery舉辦的In Her Gentle Jaws表演而重組。
