身為墨西哥知名鄉(xiāng)村歌手Vicente Fernandez兒子的Alejandro，在父親從小刻意栽培下，三歲稚齡就已有了在萬人面前表演經(jīng)驗(yàn)。1992年順利推出個(gè)人首張同名專輯，自此打開他在拉丁語系國(guó)家的知名度，協(xié)同父親四處巡回表演的機(jī)會(huì)，加深樂迷的印象。1996年的作品《Muy Dentro de Mi Corazon》，沖破雙白金紀(jì)錄，就連美語地區(qū)的粉絲，都難以抵抗Alejandro溫柔攻勢(shì)。

One of Mexicos most famous performers of romantic songs, ballads and traditional mariachi favorites, Alejandro Fernandez has played New Yorks Madison Square Garden and routinely sells out Mexico Citys Auditorio Nacional (once for 12 dates within three weeks). He debuted with a self-titled 1992 album on Sony Discos and continued to sell millions of records for CBS/Sony over the course of half a dozen albums in as many years. His album roster includes 1993s Piel de Nina, 1995s Que Seas Muy Feliz, and 1997s Muy Dentro de Mi Corazon and Me Estoy Enamorando. Mi Verdad followed in 1999 and Entre Tus Brazos was released a year later. At the first annual Latin Grammy Awards in fall 2000, Mi Verdad won Best Regional Song.
