紐約Indie Rock團(tuán)Lissy Trullie是人名也是團(tuán)名，日前才剛完成和The Virgins一起巡回的16場表演，并在二月中由布魯克林Indie廠牌American Myth Recordings發(fā)行了樂隊的首張EP Self-Taught Learner，也是自己這幾天最常在iTunes上播放的音樂，不單單只是因?yàn)樗贓P內(nèi)翻唱了Hot Chip的單曲Ready For The Floor更勝原唱這個原因，其它歌曲如She Said、Boy Boy、Self-Taught Learner、Forget About It也都是自己推薦必聽之上乘作品，Lissy Trullie除了在紐約正熱外，英國方面也由Make Mine Records出版Lissy Trullie的首張7" Boy Boy，訂于3/30發(fā)行目前正在Rough Trade預(yù)購中。
With her affinity for bowler hats, punky couture, and imprecise indie pop, Lissy Trullie established herself as a New York fashion icon and emerging musician in 2008. Her well-clad figure graced the pages of such fashion magazines as Elle, SOMA, and Jalouse, while her lo-fi musical demos attracted the attention of several record labels. Trullie eventually signed with American Myth Recordings and released her debut EP, Self-Taught Learner in Febrary 2009.
