身兼義大利實(shí)驗(yàn)音樂品牌Fringes營(yíng)運(yùn)者之一的吉他演奏家Giuseppe Ielasi，2005年新專輯"Gesine"受到Johan Berthling的青睞，將其引渡至瑞典Hapna廠牌底下發(fā)行。除了Fringes的經(jīng)營(yíng)之外，Giuseppe Ielasi亦是一位化學(xué)工程高材，現(xiàn)居義大利北方，作為一個(gè)electro-acoustic works的樂手。過去Giuseppe Ielasi一直待在義大利與Renato Rinaldi、Dean Roberts、Taku Sugimoto等樂手合作，透過他彈得一手迷幻吉他的牽引，新專輯"Gesine"里6首無(wú)標(biāo)題的音樂作品更顯得神秘。2003年Giuseppe Ielasi首張個(gè)人專輯"Plans"，於加拿大音樂廠牌Sedimental底下發(fā)表。透過ambient keyboard samples、Guitar、Electronics等樂器的緊密結(jié)合，令我們見識(shí)到他豐沛的創(chuàng)作與Improvised的演奏技巧，"Plans"當(dāng)年已是一張electro-acoustic的典范。新專輯"Gesine"發(fā)表於Hapna并不令我們感到意外，畢竟過去Oren Ambarchi、Sheriff與David Grubbs的作品似乎已交代了Johan Berthling的音樂理念。
Giuseppe Ielasi is a guitarist and electronic musician with a bent toward avant-garde and experimental work. The founder of the edgy Fringes record label, Ielasi also released his debut album, Gesine, on Hapna in 2005. A self-titled album followed in 2006.
